This installation is comprised of two stereoscopic devices, each of which conveys a concept relating to perception and visual adulteration.

The first device splits the vision so that the viewer perceives their environment as though their eyes were a meter apart, which gives the viewer the sensation of seeing in "ultra stereo".  A ramp leading to the elevated viewing position is in aid of this effect, producing the ultimate sensation of looking down onto a miniaturised scene.

The other device creates the illusion that the viewer sees an interior subject three-dimensionally, when infact this interior subject has been stereoscopically photographed from multiple angles and presented from selected vantage points, mirroring the eight points of the font-like structure.  Using this method, I can shrink large tableaus and allow the viewer to experience them in panoramic miniature.
